Question: When should I expect my order?

Answer: We primarily use The Courier Guy for deliveries. The service providers take between 2 - 3 days for delivery.

Question: Can I wash the pouches and laptop bags in the washing machine?

Answer: No, it would be best to give the items a gentle handwash with a mild soap or clothing detergent.

Question: Do you accept returns of the products?

Answer: We only accept returns if there are issues with the zipper, torn material or visible quality issues upon delivery of the goods. Contact us at imdesigns.za@gmail.com when you receive the product and send a picture of the quality issues. We will review the proof. Once we agree and accept the proof, we will contact you to confirm the return and refund procedure.
