Payment, Delivery and Returns
Payments:
Our small business offers our customers the option to pay via a bank deposit. In the case of Bank Transfer, once you have made the payment, please send a proof of payment to imdesigns.za@gmail.com.
Deliveries:
- South Africa
Our business primarily makes use of The Courier Guy for deliver. Delivery times are between (08:00 - 17:00) on weekdays excluding Public Holidays and Sundays. Please be sure to enter an address where you will be available during these hours.
- International Customers
We do not sell to international markets yet. Our communications team will update our policy once we decide to sell our goods to global markets.
Returns:
We will only accept returns if there's a quality issue with the product such as a faulty zipper and torn and/or stained fabric. To know if your purchase qualifies for a return, take a photo as soon you receive the product and send your details to imdesigns.za@gmail.com. Our team will evaluate your query and give feedback. If we accept your return, you will be reimbursed you for the price of the item.
Orders:
All orders are processed via our online store. However, if bulk orders are required, please email imdesigns.za@gmail.com. We consider 20+ of the same item as bulk.

- Corporate Gifts
- Birthday Parties
- School events (Netball, Concerts, Uniform Accessories)
